yes.The clear coating is there to protect it from the elements. Without it you get a sunfaded hood that begins to look like an S13 found in a field after 15 years. Blotchy and smared/stained by the suns destructive rays.Ender_Zero wrote:

Get real close up on a Ferrari...They paint directly onto the carbon. You can see the weave in the paint. That is why I don't want a clear coat. Black hoods look ricer, and carbon weave in the paint is straight baller.Ender_Zero wrote:
