Best brand choice for re-manufactured brakes

Hi, I live in Europe and there are not many choices for rear brakes for a S14.

I have found that the 240sx S14 has the same caliper.

Are the any differences I should care about in selecting reman vendor? Are they all the same.

The brakes should be universal. What are you looking to do?
