SVR sealed battery or any slim battery. Expecially if you have a FMIC and want to relocate to the trunk.

No, my 240 isnt turboed. Gonna leave it where it is for now, the thing just died on me and now I need to get a new one + the connector. What size battery do we need?

just go down to Autozone, get the 34DT-DGN battery....900 CCA, 1000CA rating, 8 year warranty 3 year free replacement....that battery's a freakin hoss

optima is a good battery, thats the battery supplimented after everything in my horror story

Optimas are nice, but keep in mind if a Yellow Top gets too low, your car's alty won't recharge it to useful, it requires a trickle charger. Many people repalce them unnecessarliy.

Yeah, it's a little known thing, cause alot of times the batteries are replaced as part of the warrantee.

want a battery??walmart brand EVERSTART, model MAXX-1S, same rating as optima red top (875 CA and 700 CCA) but for only $60 ($65 if u dont bring in a core), walmart backed their product 100% so u'll have a 3 years free replacement guarentee (meaning they'll test the battery and if it is bad and u have it for less then 3 years, they'll replace it for u, no questions asked) i work there so i know, and if u have it for less then 7 years u'll get pro-rate charge ,meaning u'll pay like 2/3 of the price of a new one, i have one myself, not as small as the optima (but same as OEM), but i have a battery tie down so that baby is practically invisible besides the fact that it is bright yellow, i'm going on 4 months with mine and been great

i have the SVR slim battery, but right now am looking for some type of battery tray/tie down. the stock one is working temporarily, but any idea where to get a nice looking one is appreciated.(its gotta fit with thefront mount intercooler though)

don't want to do that, i got amp wires and stuff that are alread cut to length before the swap. and besides, you buy a slim battery for a reason, so it will fit up front with your intercooler. if i was gonna relocate then i woulda got an optima yellow top
