Finally finished Brake rebuilding. My friend showed me a trick.Anyway, brake upgrade is almost done, now time has come, need new spring/coil/coilover etc.obviously, i know best bang for buck to increase cornering is tires, so skip the tires, i'll get it whenever i get new wheels. (it's will be fn01r-c 17X8)

What's the best bang for buck suspension mod for neutral handling. (no oversteer or understeer)

(yeah, i love search botton too.)

sway bars are a start, and will give you a duraastic change but all of the suspension parts work together in harmony.......for that perfect balance it will take many suspension mods, and consistency in your driving style.

I would say coilovers or spring/strut combo.

yeah sway bars, coilovers/shocksprings.

tires are awesome though good tires decrease braking distance as well as take off, cornering and keeping the car stable.

gotta R32 GTR in my silvia. 26mm thick.

On my thoughts so far on this, coilovers and swaybars are the way to go..

running JIC coilvers through mine, and had it at our local circuit yesterday, and i honestly swear ( and my mate who has had more modified nissans then i can remember) both said we have never been in anything that handled like this.. i am trying to find anyone who got video footage of it.. the car was just so nice and predictable..

Energy suspension Hyperflex kit is also a good investment, but the only downside is a trip to the machine shop to press some of the bushings in. But other than that tires and a swaybar will be the most noticeable upgrade

you will get better, more intelligent responses in the suspension forum. however, from experience, i would definately reccomend some coilovers. there is no single mod that will make your car handle better

i'm thinking of getting tein springs with swaybar, which should cost less than $350~400. but i'm not sure which lb/in to get. cuz i'm getting bigger wheels, i know i need stiffer springs too.

wait. is the ebay Tein spring safe? are those all fake?

i dont think tein s-techs are that great. it's alright but not really a significant increase.

try kybagx + eibach pro or the lifetime warranty tokicos if you're on a budget. or even koni yellow if money allows.

From my recent searches, I found that the AGX + Eibachs= a . I heard they will blow, because they will drop the car more than 1.5 inches. On the other the AGX+Teins = . Some people say that combo makes the car feel like its on rails

can stock shocks hold tein s-tech springs?

if it does will it significantly cause bad camber to rear and front? it will drop apx. 1.5 to front, 1.2 rear.

also i'm not sure if it's legal

My front stocks blew in about a month with s-techs on oem springs with only 90k miles... but the roads here suck... your camper can be adjusted within factory specs, so don't worry about that.. it's still pretty negative, but if you flip your tires around every so often, they're fine.
