best and fastest adhesive/sealant for windshield & plastic

I've noticed that my cowl top grille (as fsm is calling it) is detached from my windshield. It is the plastic grille that's on the rear of the hood, attached to the bottom of the windshield (see pic).



Which adhesive sealant do you recommend? I need something that I wont have to press for 1 hour to cure... I was looking at PERMATEX Black Silicone Adhesive Sealant and 3M™ Auto Glass Urethane Windshield Adhesive. Is the latter good for plastic to glass?
