CAR: 2008 Altima Sedan 2.5S AMP: RF Power T400.4

I am not trying to rehash old posts or anything, and I have searched, I understand proper forum etiquette. I just wanted some fresh input and possibly some pics of mounted amps in a sedan/coupe. Flashy, stealthy, doesn't matter. I am just trying to get ideas. I would like to mount mine under the rear deck but, it looks to be quite challenging. The back of the seat would be the least favorite choice. Anyhow, as stated, I am not trying to sound like a broken record with this post but, I don't know if someone has recently found the most bestist amp location ever for their amplifier and if they did they might, possibly, maybe be so inclined as to post a pic? Thank you very much.

believe it or not, the factory BOSE amps in the Sedans (not coupes) are mounted upside down in the center area between the rear 6x9 speakers..

usually, that's not good, because the heat from the AMp needs to dissipate, and mounting upside down is the worst way to mount them for cooling purposes.

Aside from that, I understand not wanting the amp mounted on the seat... yeah, it CAN be done, but it doesn't look that good...

for my system, I have three amps, two of them underneath a false plexiglass floor in the center of the trunk (spare tire and factory floor was removed), and the third mounted underneath the rest of the false floor on the right side of the trunk.... check my mods link for a photo of the amps on the floor

but for you, the absolute best place would be to cut a hole in the factory foam underneath your floor, leave space for the amp to breathe, and mount it there!!!!!

Thank you for the responses. The reason I do not want it on the back of the seat is because one, I do think it would look great for me and my application, not everyone, and two, because I do not want to drill into the back of my seat.

And the location between the rear deck speakers, underneath, would be perfect minus the pain in the butt of mounting it upside down, plus the unlevel mounting area. It looks like the best place will be in the spare tire space. I will try and find some pics of this type of install. Thank you again.
