Best alarm for its price

Well im in the market for an alarm for my 240sx, what is you guy's personal recomdations on alarms, from experience. Im not looking to spend a fortune, just want one to protect my system and etc. Thanks in advance

NO NO NO NO NO. I personally don't like the bulldog system. I prefer prestige or viper. I like the alarms with the pagers. If not I would get the prestige 255. i think thats the number if the my memory serves me correctly. That is what is most often bought at work

you can't put a price on security!! if you dont have a buddy at the local high end audio shop, make friends with one immediately and get a good deal on the most expensive and options-loaded alarm you can find. dont get some lame show off LEDs in your windows or anything like that. definitely get an alarm with the pager-style receiver. and dont go cheap!!!!!! the install price can go through the roof if you get all the bells-n-whistles, but dood..... it's about peace of mind, not price.

can't put a price on security! that one from ebay sucks! viper or crimeguard the ones with the pager. if you really want security for your car. get the lojack...

I have a Viper installed on mine. I also back up the Viper with an Autolock on my brake. The best alarm according to some pro installers I know is the Clifford AG4....wireless technology in the siren and the brain. Installation is the key in any case. Also the AG4 is real expensive. I like the Viper.

I have a viper right now, I'm not sure what model it is but its pretty old because it came with my car, but I plan on getting a new viper alarm from my sisters fiance since he owns a audio/alarm shop so he's installing everything for free and I'm getting the alarm at wholesale ...almost every possible option on the alarm possible installed even a kill switch.....

if you plan to be hardcore... just take out your ECU everytime you get out of your car... now thats an alarm.....
