Does anyone know a shop or vendor that has the best price on these? I got quoted $380 but he is in back order until Mid june. Cannot wait that long because I need them asap so I can get my car tuned/dyno'd already!

cats won't make any dignificant different in yur tuning, they are one fo the worst bang for the back mods, expect a 2-5 whp gain

Well I got test pipes right now and my smog is up so I'm getting them removed and replacing with Berk High flow cats just to keep my setup sounding good. Berk high flow cats are CARB LEGAL also and some guy passed smog with them on
