So this thing...

I kinda like it. :couch

I mean...not all of it. The lower vents (they're not fog lights...there's nothing in there!) are way too big and don't need to be ringed with LEDs for crying out loud. And the vents on either side of the grille look silly while also making me think Volvo. But overall...kinda interesting. It sorta works. I'm not a crossover or lux-ute fan by any means (trucks should be trucks dammit) but I could happily look at this one in my driveway.

Of course it's a Toe-rag underneath, which means it's not worth OWNING or DRIVING. But looking at it is nice.

The backlight is raked like a Range Rover, the haunches give it some muscle, and the fascia is overtly Bentley without being a taffy-pulled carbon copy of other Bentleys (I'm looking at you, Cayenne, you ugly mutt).

Looks terrible, they should have modeled this SUV after the Continental rather than the Mulsane.

Those goofy looking headlights are not intimidating at all, and that is a key part of being an expensive SUV.

X5 - intimidating

Range Rover - intimidating

This - looks like something Mickey Mouse would drive

i gotta say,the back and side are gorgeous, the tail lights are beautiful and very bentleyish. the front end could be just as attractive as the rest, but the headlights completely kill any attractiveness at all and those wheels are hideous.

How is that... THING... beautiful or even easy to look at? I mean there is definantly worse out there but its the total opposite of what you said. Its totally taffy pulled. It looks just like an older Continental, but cross-overed. Its sorta bulky with a mid 80s Lincoln Continental hood. Atleast thats the better part to look at because the back is just nasty. Its rockin square tail lights like its going outta style, and it has no bumper. Wasnt that just ranted upon? I will say that I do like the sides of it. I like how it buldges out nicely. But overall, Bentley badges just dont belong on SUV's.

Other than that Its probly going to be totally not cheap and a pain in the bootyhole to maintain. The engine might be the best thing about it unless its a hybrid with a CVT. And lose the gawdy reims too.

Doesn't even matter what it looks like. It's a Bentley SUV. There is one target audience that will buy it in bulk. This audience

I hope they all catch fire and trap the owners inside.

Actually, after the unveiling at Geneva, Bentley said they were going back to the drawing board after it was universally hated. They'll probably tweak the most garish details.

Overall, I think the concept is good and I think with the tweaks that have been promised by Bentley it will look great but this overall has some very garish design ques which make it just not pretty.
