Bent input shaft?

Hi everyone, This thought didn't occur until today, but I think I might be left with a bent input-shaft(from transmission to diff)... My dad and I pulled the engine back home, leaving the transmission as is(5spd). The car was on a trailer for some ~120miles to bring it to my new place.

My dad said the transmission would be fine, just hanging there. But now that I'm reading some clutch install posts, I see that some posters say to *never* let the transmission hang like this.

Have I just shot myself in the foot doing this?

well i guess you wont know for sure until the transmission is pulled and inspected. But yeah that wasnt the smartest move though.
