So I found I have a slightly bent part of my front subframe on my s13. I was changing my front right ball joint and notice the arm wouldn't come out that easily. and what do u know, the part that holds the arm is bent round the bolt. Its not that bad but I've been getting wheel shake at high speeds. My last post explains more bout the shake. So i was wondering how i can bend it back in place so it won't be rubbing on the metal. Or i should get a whole new frame. My trac arm is fine. Con Arm is fine. Its just where the bolt holds the arm is bent. I'll post a pic later. Any help be great. Thanks

Waiting for pic, this is most probably unrelated to your vibration issues, which usually result from bad tire balance.

Hit it with a hammer?

I dont really see how thats a big problem. I probably wouldnt worry about it, all my lca's are pretty tight but iv never had a problem. Are you sure its bent? Have you looked at another one to see if its different? Iirc its not just a I I its more of a / /.

Edit! Where dose a arm connect to the front sub? All mine are on the inner fender other then the tie rod...

U could be right. It could just be nothing. May be my arm is bent. It doesn't look as straight as the other one
