I don't know if anyone has any experience with this...but I figured I'd try. Its impossible to get any help from Google..and no one around here has any more of an idea than I do, unless I pay...

I have a Millennium body kit for my car (got an amazing deal on it)...Its the front I'm having trouble with..Flares out too much where it connects to the fenders...

How do I go about re-shaping/bending it so it lines up correctly without cracking or ruining it??...I know heat makes it more flexible, but is their any way to re-shape it permanently?

The addition of heat is the only way to re-form fibreglass. Fibreglass is a thermosetting plastic so supposedly it can only be formed once.It has been my experience that when heated enough it will deform. I only worry that it might deform back under the summer heat.
