My felpro headgasket arrived with a slight bend in it. Not creased but its noticeable. Worst part is its back by cyl. #4. Considering this is the 4th time doing this HG I am going most likely going to get a new one I am just curious as to what some of you think.

I think it should be alright to still use as long as it doesn't have a tear on or its started to come apart. I would say use it. I would suggest spraying the head gasket with copper spray also.

I dunno if it's possible to go wrong with the copper spray, but I'm not it's biggest fan. After doing the headgasket 3 times it's a pain in the *** to get off the mating surfaces. The time I did it properly the head was resurfaced and I used a felpro with no copper spray. Engine takes frequent drift beatings like a pro.

This will be the fourth HG in two months time.

First a headstud snapped.Second I got oil between the surfaces and gasket without realizingThird was good then leaked oil.

I will be getting the head resurfaced this time, I had it resurfaced a year ago and it wasn't resurfaced after that for this current install, which may attribute to my oil leaking. I hope...

Fourth install should be done next weekend I will let you know how it goes.
