top sticky #'s are for generic (I think Bando? parts code looks right) brand belts, most parts places should be able to x-ref to whatever they carry since the part code indicates the # of grooves and length of belt (in mm in the case of the part #'s in the sticky; OTOH some manuf's like Gates use inches).
lower it has OE part #'s, and it says you can use AC belt for PS.. well, kinda. its not the same length but close, I guess in theory you can tighten it enough.. its like a 5 mm length difference, so its not the end of the world.
for the sticky generic part#'s if you look at the last #'s (i.e. alternator part # 4pk855) that means its 4 ribs x 855mm length, I think. I'm certain on the length, I'm not sure if the # is grooves or ribs.. so with that info you can go to any parts store and say I need a X-rib belt of Y length and let them find it in whatever brand they stock.
