i noticed first thing in the morning there is a squeak coming from the belt/ pully area. it stops after its been warmed up, does anyone know how to fix this. my belts seem fine and don't need to be tightened.

let me ask u this: does it sound like a squeak (like a pulley bearing) or like a squealing belt? when i had the same problem (mine was a squeal) i had someone else start the cold engine while I had my head in the engine bay. That way i narrowed it down to which belt it was. It was loose enough to squeal on cold starts, but stopped in about 10 seconds.

I had a very occassional problem with this - a very embarrassing squeal on a few cold starts (about once a week). The new shop looked at my belts, which were done about a year ago at San Diego Mossy Nissan. There weren't properly tensioned, belts glazed and slipped when cold. New belts and proper tension has completely eliminated the problem.
