Belts Q45

How much play should the belts have? I was looking under the hood and the belt closest to the engine had a little too much play and I think it's time for replacement. I'm going to check my sevice records, but I dont think they have been replaced. How long do they usually last? How hard are they to change (for a novice DIY), or if I was to take it to the dealer, how many billable hours would it take? Just to make sure they dont rip me off. I was thinking of going in for an oil change and transmission flush anyway.

My belts were original (I think) at 119k.... Still fine, but cracking... Cost me (or rather my parents) $100 for parts and labor for all belts to be done...... I took it to my cheapo independent, its an easy and straightforeward job for them.....
