Belts making noises

My belts sqeek badly after about 3500 rpms. Before christmas when i blew my clutch out I had one of my freinds look at it and he said there was to much slack in the belts. So when i I took my car in to get the clutch done i had the machanic look at the belts too. After i got it back it didnt do it anymore.

So now its warmed up and the noise has come back. I noticed that when its cold it doesnt do it and when its hot it does. So i think the belts might expand and be rubbing or something. Also i thought that the tensioner might be loose or something.

If you have any different ideas of what it is or you know the sourse of the problem it would be great to tell me.
