belt makes noises? or stock pulleys loose?

when my car gets hot its makes a noise like its the belt scraping something. but then when its cold its ok. today my car made a weird noise comming from the belt. but then not too sure it was the belt or crank pulley (w/e its called). i took a look at the engine and check the belts and it was ok. not too loose and too tight. check it yesterday too with a friend and it was good. havent check out the pulleys yet but will.

anyone knows whats wrong?lmk!

nvmfigure out the problem all i needed was some prestone belt dressing and the noise stop
