Belt keeps getting loose after tightening it.

My belt keeps getting loose and my engine over heats, my friend helps me out to tighten by loosening the bolt a little then getting a tire iron and pushing the pulley up and then i put the bolt on tight and it tightens up my belt, well it keeps getting loose! I searched but i couldnt find a answer... So im asking for help!

& I put a ÆM Intake, well theres a hose that's not being used and has no plug in for the intake and i was wondering if its something i need or just dont need.Heres a picture its between the tube and intake.

& I was going to put stainless headers, but decided not to , So im wondering do i need the heat shield back or not??

& my cluster had no lights so i bought some and put them in and they aren't lighting up.. Should i just buy a new cluster or what/?

you are definitely missing a part of your tensioner. There should be a bolt that pulls the unit tight and then another bolt that goes in the side that locks it in place. You shouldn't even need a pry bar.that's old school v belt way to do it.

Yeah i see what your talking about , do you know what the bolt size is??
