Belt area noise

Hey

2010 M35x with 67000 miles

Have a noise coming from belt area that is pretty constant after starting and driving. Goes away after 15 min or so of driving
Sounds like "tssss tsss tsss tsss tsss" type of consistency around the belt area.
No squeals on start up or anything

And clues? Serpentine belt? Tensioners?

Does it change if you add draw on the system (such as turning on the AC) or off (turning off the AC)?

No it doesn't. It lowers as idle lowers and it raises a little bit when idle goes up
