was installing a new IACV and tighten the top bolt on the IACV too tight and it snapped. 3/4ths of the bolt came out of the whole.

the car still starts up but it feels like Ive lost some HP(figuring it isnt sealed all the way).

Im fearful to try and remove it again and then be w/o a working car well it is being repaired. is it simple to drill it out? what would I want to re-thread it?

last but not least the old gaskets have seen better days. what are the proper replacements at autozone. Do I want the pulsar ones or the ones from the 200sx?

so long as it runs it isnt a huge deal. However, I def want that power back and would like to hear some suggestions as to how to proceed. is there an upgraded mani I can go to and just say **** it with the stock CA mani?

Also, if someone has a working IACV and CA mani for cheap they just want to sell me straight up so I dont have to go throw all the effort of drilling it out I wouldnt mind hearing about it.

I'd pull off the IACV and if theirs enough thread sticking out, you could probably use vice grips to take it off. If that dont work try tacking on a nut and unscrew it. If that dont work drill it and retap or insert a heli-coil.
