For suggestions on injectors you probably need an idea of what kind of power your expecting, and try to be as honest as possible. If you say you want 400+ RWHP its going to cost more to supply the fuel, so if you actually want 300RWHP then you've just wasted a little bit of money. For the apexi S-AFC, you can always shop around between other companies too, it won't be exactly the same piece, but close enough, the HKS version is suppose to be really good. I'd stick with the walbro fuel pump, but thats just me. To operate the z32 MAFS you need the ECU rewritten, am I correct?

yeah, for the Z32 MAF, you'll need a re-writen ECU...as far as the CC's of injectors, for 250hp, a 370cc will do, to 350hp, 550cc will be good, anything over, 740cc should be fine until over 450 I believe...I'm going for around 350hp, so I might go with a 740cc, and adjust downward.-chet

No. he doesn't need a reprogrammed ECU. He plans for a S-AFC, which already has provisions for adapting the z32 MAF to use on a 240sx.

For injectors, it's hard to tell if we don't know how much boost you plan on running. 370's are the cheapest and easiest to get, which is why I run them. If I want more than 10 psi later, I can bump fuel pressure to 4psi and adjust my fuel system (fuel map) as necessary to adapt to 427cc injectors (370's at 4 bar would be equivolent).

I think he meant to say "bump fuel pressure to 4 bar (58psi)"

Aceinthehole is correct about the need for an ECU rewrite (just in case you were questioning who was correct) as long as you go with a piggyback fuel management system. As for the SAFC I would stick with it... that is if it is the SAFCII with the capability of 2 fuel map programs you can switch between.

Matt4pl: What suburb do you live in and when exactly do you plan on starting to install stuff? I live in Lake Forest and plan on it sometime in June. I would be willing to help (or atleast observe) you if you need it for self experience.

Aceinhole: do you have an aftermarket FPR?

Waitaminute!! So the AFC does not provide correction for the Z32 maf? I have heard people say the opposite and back and forth. Now do we need to reprogram the ECU or NOT?!

Cuz this here says u don't need to reprogram ECU, SAFC will do it all:

Also, a little unrelated:

WTF?!?!?

"dual freshion crach"

"Its in excellant running condition. Very good at high end. 186hp at the rev-speed meter."

I have no words for people like this.

well, i got a crap job, so it's all gonna happen slowly, but first thing is the AFC, then comes the fuel pump/filter, then the injectors, then the maf, if not after the turbo. im planning on bootsting up to eventually 15psi, but im gonna start off at maybe 5 or so, then get a FMIC, etc, long list of plans.....

i live in harwood hts
