Before trying other car accessories on Ex.. please answer

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi all

Before trying something else on my ex

I was thinking on putting the Kia Sportage roof rails or the Audi 5, will it fit my Ex?

Cause they look better in my opinion than the original roof rails

Plus I wanna buy the Murano stainless steel rear bumper, will it fi also?

The Murano stainless steel bumper cover will almost certainly not fit. The Murano is a much wider car. You can in fact buy a stainless steel bumper cover from your dealer specifically made for the EX35: http://www.infinitiusa.com/buildyourinf ... ries/index

I knew about the bumper protector designed for my car, but seriously its way too shorty :(

I need a wider bumper protector to actual protect my back

How about the Toureq one? It certainly looks nice.

take some measurements for yourself and be 100% sure. don't rely on what we say!

(I love the original alum infiniti rails with the cross bars)

I'm still not sure what the benefit is for the bumper protector. Mine came with one and it tends to collect water when I wash the EX adding to the drying time. I would never step on the bumper anyway. It's not as if it's a large vehicle where you need to hike into the back to retrieve anything and it is difficult resting anything in the bumper to open the rear hatch.. I had a clear bra installed when I bought the EX and they would have installed a rear bumper coating but I already had the factory aluminum one in place. I would have preferred the 3M material. But that is just my 2 cents after having it for a while.

I went with Ventureshield on the rear bumper lip. Should be good enough for preventing scratches and I don't plan to be standing on my bumper.

You can Ventureshield (clear bra) your entire rear bumper if you are worried about protection.
