Before and After: Grill Painted black: chrome part painted black!!!!

Well I did a quick, crappy paint job, I will redo it later, but I wanted to know what it would look like. I just painted the chrome part of the grill and I like it. I think I will redo it, but I like it with my blacked out lights. Tell me what you think:

Thanx guys, I think it looks WAY better. Def makes it look a little newer, and flows better over all with the car. Tints for the front windows are next, and smoking the rear lights also.

It's insane how much better that looks... I'm wanting to get rid of the chrome on mine too but I'm worried black won't look right with the blue...

Edit: You wouldn't by chance want to sell the front license plate bracket would you?

i like that way better than the chrome!! wow... also, if i were you, i'd take off the license plate bracket since you dont wear a front plate anyways jcpathy, no black wouldn't look right on blue. But colormatched blue on blue would look great!

I like it. It makes the big band with the badge in the middle stand out.

jc pathy: You honestly might want to try the black, b/c you have the black grill also and the blacked out wheels so it wouldnt be something that stands out.

Fueler: I am gonna take it off now, maybe sell it to jc pathy since he needs it.

Bmlawless: I was thinking of painting the band, but after I saw it done, I thought it had a nice contrast to it. It honestly looks great, I just need to redo it where it is a little better finished.

I also didnt want to paint the badge, b/c I thought with the chrome in the headlights, it would be nice to have that little touch. Its coming alot slowly, but I am glad everyone has liked my little mods here and their so far. I am definately proud that its looking clean.
