Been Searching, Working, No avail... please help

Okay, to start, Im 18 I got this car because I liked the look, the power, and i only paid 1100$...

I have installed or replaced the following:

Spark plugs (He lied and told me BOSCH plat.2)Fuel filterI have a CAI (Spectre)Spark wiresMy egr vacuum line is blocked ( not hooked up)The hose that connected to the stock air box is also blockedI cleaned all my electical parts with elect. cleanerI'm about to replace the battery ground wire (it has build up)I seafoamed my tank and followed directions and cleaned the intake via the brake booster lineI will seafoam my crankcase soon (right before i perform oil change)My tps seems new (because I found a broken one in my trunk when I bought the car)

Now the problem I noticed it after I put the cone filter on My idle tends to bounce slightly as reads 700 idle 750 (within 3 seconds)and it drops to about 500-550

a cold start it idles about 1200

Lately it is really lacking the power i felt when i got it.It use to run it *** off, now i feel like a saturn could own me

as of driving if i slightly press the pedal it seems sluggishif i slam the gas to the floor i could hit about 6,500 rpm before 2nd gearI pulled the plug on the TPS will the car was idling (to see if i could change my idle) once i plugged it back up i am driving and if i slightly press the gas it seems like my car is only sucking air but no accl.

Also if cruising and slam on the gas ( to pass retards who dont relize the speedlimit) it seems to take about 2 seconds for my car to relize the gas pedal is to the floor

I had the problem where my car would limit the rpm to only 4,500 a while back and i fixed it by unplugging my battery

I use Shell plus for gas and never roll on empty

I just need help if possible

Do you think its my tps or ks or maf ( i seemed to drop the maf on the ground, the wire is still intact though)

please if you seen had the problem i would accept all advice..
