been a while...looking for a tuner in washington.

Been a while since ive been on the site....I recently decided I wanted to put my SR back in my S13, with a few fun upgrades. Anyone know of a shop in Washington (or northwest) that can chip/tune the computer, or will i have to go the stand alone route?
