Alrite ladies and gentle men..I've spent quite some time trying to find and actual Diagram of how t install a Bee*r rev limiter on a 92 240sx hatch..And i've looked at every way possible that comes up on google and on allof these FORUMS but none of them worked for me..So i made my own little DIAGRAM of how I Installed mINes and made it work. SO here goes for all of you trying to iintall it on a KA24DE.

Why I DID THIS? Baa BAnnnG!!!Flames,Protection for my engine(HEAVY FOOT)and Attention!! ohh and might be helpful later on when i get a TURBO to build up boost..Well thats what i've read around here..

I would have just pulled all the sensors off the trans and cut the yellow and green wire. Would have saved money. But to all there own.

got a question why do you get popping and flame from the muffler?? Is it because your revs are high making the engine Lean and the Bee*R rev limiter is putting more gas in to make it be rich??

Because the bee*r cuts ignition, not fuel. Thus the extra fuel ignites when it comes into contact with fresh air if it is hot enough. Which for a na ka means a glowing hot manifold.

For one you don't have to worry about wiring any thing. Unless you want to add a switch in there to turn the rev limiter on so that you pass smog test. But then after you do that you can have a switch that can be flipped off or flipped on any time you want it to be on or off. And when you do cute that wire it turns off one of the o2 sensors so your exhaust smells like rotten eggs.

3 bucks for a switch
4 bucks for wire

10 to 15 mins of your time and 7 bucks for parts and your done.

Sorry for taking so long to respond to you. I just got back into the 240sx seen again and very happy to be back.
