right off the bat... i SEARCHED.... i found one thing but didnt give me what i wanted ha... i'm thinking of taking out my carpet and maybe spray in bed liner... surely i'm not the first to think of this.... and i'd love to see this done first lol... show me some pix guys, and let me know what i'm getting into

i used ruberized undercoating, but it was cheap crap, but this is what youll be looking at.

i was thinking about just doing the front and rear floor boards... like just were te carpet is.... ya know... so it'll be cheaper ha... unless i can find a DIY kit

you can get the rubber/paint undercoating at meijer for 2.99 a can. That is what i plan on using or maybe just some flat black paint. I dont want to add too much weight.

i did the bedliner thing in my car. I put the grippy herculiner roll-on in the front, and the smooth duplicolor crap in the back.

I'll snap some pics once i get home from work.

Ha, so i called the local body shop, the only one in town that does rhino lining, and he said it'd be about 400 to 500... yea.. right.. so ill be looking for some roll on lol

i did it on my old sil40. it came out decent. i used herculiner and just painted it on. my friend took out the carpet of his miata and did it, i didn't like the feel of it on my feet. unless you use floor mats i wouldn't do it to the floorbourd. the back is nice when done though. GL

Yeah, I did it in my buddy's civic hatch a few years ago, turned out alright, especially with brand new floormats to go on top of it.

Also, why stop there? haha, we did this to my buddy's Jeep about a year and a half ago:

HAHA we bought 2 gallons of Duraliner and painted my old van that I used for electrical work then painted over top of it. Looked good actually.

ahhhh the days in my jeep, i used to sink it to the hood whenever i could..: ] that entire interior was rhinolined..i'd park it on a hill, open the tailgate and wash it out with a hose

i wish i had of taken pics of the line x'd stage 3 roush stang that was at work. boy was it an ugly way to cover an expensive new mustang.

i kept forgetting to bring my digital camera to work but then again bringing it to work to take a pic isnt high on my to do list when i am trying to make money.

Roll on bedliner quality1 Not durable2 Not UV protected3 Colour fade and peeled problem4 Not warrantyetc.etc...........now choose according to your mind.I have Qwikliner spray on bedliner and I am fully satisfied

get holesaw and cut some holes in the floor for drains so you can just hose it out! but why stop there get crazy with the holesaw and make your car look like swiss cheese, maximum weight reduction!

We did this to my buddy's RX7. He HATES it. It's a terrible idea to do it in the front part. The rear might not be a bad idea so it wouldn't get scratched up when you throw stuff in there.
