My bed liner came in the truck and I hate them. Pulled it out and bed was in great shape but rails on top all scuffed from the liner. got some spray on in a can rustoleum from auto zone. Goes on like paint but has grainy finish and satin finish, not real thick like the roll on or real spray in but just did the top rails with about 1/4 inch over lap down the side basically where bed liner scuffed it. LOOKS great and was easy and even hid some dings in the top rails. Bed looks great but some scuffs from liner, will get the roll in and do entire bed soon. Bed has drain holes so no more holding water after wash and rain. I want to roll the entire bed for traction, but the spray on did nice cosmetic job for railing but may not be tough enough for bed. I will check back after a while and we will see how rail spray on holds up. I did like 3 coats one large can for under 10 bucks.easy cheap fix for scuffed up rails, if it does not hold up I will roll the rails when I roll the bed. OH this would be good coating for traction on back bumper top and would have worked great to cover old messed up trim on my Z, the rubber was coming off and metal showed and the stuff was expensive as hell. Could have removed covered and been nice as it is rubber but not smooth has a grain for traction, but a hell of a better look that rotted rubber covered trim. This stoff may even give good look to some under hood parts, nto shiny like paint but tougher and satin finish. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
