Hmmm, Wes should fly down to Florida and then on the drive back stop in at T3 and have it serviced before getting back to Indy.

Don't forget that we have been bombarded with Hurricanes and floods this month. Be sure that sellers aren't trying to dump flood damaged vehicles on those looking for SUNSHINE cars.

bidder last week before I pulled out a day ahead..... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1

The user claims it to be a florida car owned by a new york couple, the carfax for it states the exact opposite.. a new york car that finally made it to florida 2 years ago.. The car is relisted and there is a negative feedback for the seller who won't confirm/deny it..something about smoke/burns..

I think Wes has a preferance to the grilled G50. A 94-95 would be what he'll search for. That Q looks nice. I wonder if the guides were done?

Right on.. I like having a slower car

Basically now I need to find one that is reliable, as going to college and stuff like that will need reliable transportation... The Q is the way to go, and I prolly wont have the time to mess with a 90-93.... Plus I like my TCS and arse toasters...

90-93s had TCS available

Leave it to wes to post incorrect info about 90-93s! he's the KING

Of course if you had a Bone stock Q that went 0-60 in 6 seconds, would you ever want anything else??

awww wes,,,i'd like to bang you over the head with those heated seats!!!!! LOL if you let your Q warm up (like you know you should), no need to worry about cold seats!!!!

I'd take the 90-93 seats over the 94+s anyway. My friends and i used to cruise all nights, racking up hundreds of miles in a single night, and never became uncomfortable.

Infiniti should have listened to the owners surveys, owners loved the original seats.

Dont see anything incorrect in this posts.....

Jeff... Thats true, but since I park my Q outside, it would have to warm up for 15 mins in order to get it warm enough.....

There is one thing incorrect about your statement. The 90-93 Q45 do come with TCS as an option.

BTW, I have a very nice 1992 Silver Q45. Chain Guides have been replaced with updated ones. And it has recently under gone a custom Under-Plenum job.

Looking for around $4500. Make an offer.

Why's that? I'll test it out for 100+ miles. If anything that I customized fails, I'll go back and fix it. If nothing fails, would you be interested in buying it?

Wow, my Q is really rare now. TCS plus custom engine accessories.

What, only $2500? Is there any damage to it?

I've been offer $4500 on the spot before for my Q45. I didn't take it because I know that for $4500 I can not get a car that has the same or better features and performance.

Manufacturer's data for a 90 Q was 7.5. Road and Track had it at 6.9sec. How is it that yours does it in 6? Downhill with some wind behind you? Itchy trigger finger on the stopwatch? Could it also be that 90-93 are faster than the 94-95 is because the 90-93 is about 200lbs lighter than the 94-95? This argument is getting old. If I want an entertaining fast drive, I drive my wife's 330i. I'm sure your 92 Q is faster.

6.7 is anotehr often quoted number. I think for a 90 the slowest I seen was 6.9.

Later ones were a bit slower

I was quoting Wes.

I NEVER SAID MY Q did that

My moms 325I is more of a entertaining car then any Q I've driven. I will choose to refrain from calling you a simpleton, even though your response, clearly indicates the latter. You are comparing a two ton car, to a much more nimble car, built for different purposes. Hey My supra was much more entertraining then my Q to! Wow, what an observation!!!!

Wes has said repeatedly His Bone stock 94+ as timed by his stopwatch went 0-60 between 6 and 6.5 seconds, I said that was flat out ridiculous.

Nice accusation, but totally ignorant and incorrect

Blame the one who said it, not the one who was repeating the lunacy of it

BTW: Try reading a statement, if you are going to quote it. You would know I didn't say it.

Yet another fine example of some members getting a free pass, no matter what they say. Yet I can point out the lunacy of one statement, and be blamed for saying it!

YAY!

Whatever!

There's no discussing anything with you if you start getting into name calling. If Wes said that his Q did a 6 sec. 0-60 and not you then my bad, and Wes has the ichy trigger finger on the stopwatch. You should chill on your comment to others before you start becoming a pain in the arse in the forum.

Ryan,

I think most of us can agree that this has gotten really old.....

For YOUR benefits and purposes: Lets assume I am ignorant, I know NOTHING about what Im talking about, I have hte most inaccurate statements, everything you say is right and fact, and I am just this flaming hypocrite who knows nothing. I know I said something ABOUT 6.5.. That could mean I really did 7 seconds, but half a second is 1. Not that much different, 2. Hardly easy to calculate with my conventional methods...... I know what I said and I can find hte post to prove it, but the search function isnt really working to well right now... Im also pretty sure that GREG has said that his Q runs about a 6 second flat 0-60 using the cheapo method... Does he get his arse harped about it, no... Because he can ban you

So the point im trying to get in all this: If you will not say anything more about this, you (and anyone else who wants to) can believe I am a lying hypocrite that just is completely oblivious to the facts and just really is a plain lunatic.. Then you can believe that, I will take NO offense, but I am VERY sick of these discussions.. Sure I may start it a little, but there's no reason you have to dump a can of gas on the flame!

I did have a short bus in my signature, remember????
