Beatsonic TVK-43 NAV bypass - NO GOOD

Just a quick note if anyone is attempting this on an 08 or 09 M34/45. I know that peeps with the 06 and 07 M's use the model made for their years and seems to work great. I decided to try their model made for my car. The website clearly states model #TVK 43 is designed for 08-10 M's. However, after installing, it really doesn't work. I contacted them last week and their response:
Some Infinitis require wiring modifications in addition to this unit. Check with a professional installer.
....... Something they failed to mention in the advert or when they take your payment. I left it connected and it has no ill effects on the rest of the system. I may try different sources for the grounding wire when next I have the time.

If anyone has successfully completed a NAV hack on an 09 M35/45 .... please let us know.

I'm wondering if there is a way to just undo or disconnect the sensor that tells the car the parking brake is applied? Seems that would solve everything. I doubt the dealer would be willing to share info or perform this as they would be taking part in removing a safety feature and they could be held liable.
