Does This mean it is: A) The Hydraulic Tensioner, B) Crankshaft Bearing or C) Crankshaft Position Sensor...

I've tried to find whats causing it and the timing belt was done by nissan 40k miles ago. Any tips or tricks? Im getting nervous, being this is my only vehicle to and from work.

it sounds like a bad pulley, you can kinda hear the bearings rolling around, but idk where.

there are 2 idlers and 1 tensions all of which use bearings and can fail and will generally make a bearing noise, to be safe I'd do all 3 and might as well do the timing belt while you are in there

who did the belt 40k miles ago? how many miles are ont he car? did they change the idlers and tensioner? even if it's not got a lot of miles on the motor it's 15-20 years old!

my idler pulleys started to squeel right at 107,500.
idlers and the tensioner definately have roller bearings that you could hear.
it's a very common part for the bearings to wear out on, and they're cheap to replace. i'd really look into it as i'm pretty sure that's what you're hearing.
