bearing specs??

just like the title says.. I want to know what the specs are for the rod and main bearings.. i used the green plastigauges for the rod and the blue for the main bearings.. for the rod bearings I got a .038mm, im not sure what that means.. also how would i use the #'s on the block and crankshaft?? I used the FSM but dont understand that.. any help guys..
