Hey guys, I was looking into buying a ACL bearing set for my SR. But the ones I have seen for sale say that they are stander size bearings or + .25mm or +.50mm over stander. so my question is what grade of bearings is stander for an SR out of the factory? for my rod's out of the factory they came with Grade 1,and the crank came 4's & 5's, now are my bearings stander size grades? what grade bearings did you're guy's engine come with? thank you

standard is just standard.. what I suggest you do first is measure to see what size you really need by using plastigauges.. the only reason you would buy over size is if your journals from your crankshaft is bad, causing you to have to machine it down.

yeah I already checked for clearance and run out and taper and every thing falls within the limits. with that said, I'm going to put the same grade of bearings that it came. thanks for the reply. also do you know what grade bearings you're engine has in it?
