Bearing ?'s

Hey guys I'm rebuilding my engine and I need to order my bearings. And according my my block and crank, out of the factory it came with 45454(4=blue, 5=pink) for the crank and 1111(1=black) for the rods. I still need to measure to get the actual sizes that I need. But my question is what are the actual measurements of each grade/color of bearings? I know that STD is 0.004-0.022mm with a limit of 0.050mm, but what are the measurements for the rest of the grades? Thanks p.s I checked the FSM and I couldn't find it
