If you see a Q45 for sale that looks like its in good cosmetic condition PLEASE let me know..

I am looking for something thats mechanically solid (not perfect, as I can fix most things myself.. IE average, no major flaws)..... But mainly cosmetically as perfect as possible...

I would like IPQ or black... Dont want green...

Im also not looking to spend more than 8000 and has to be 94/95

Thanks guys!!

I have a 1992 silver Q45 152000mi. I'm think about selling it. The exterior is in excellent condition. No dents or scratchs anywhere. The interior is a little different though. The front seats have a little damage from the sun(I think this always happens to leather). The back Are in perfect condition. The engine has seen regular maintenence at 3500-5000 miles. A complete maintenence record can be provided if needed. 6000 obo

There was a black/tan 149k 1994 out here that I had looked at a couple times. I would have bought it- still might- but the owner didn't want to deal with having it inspected. I am pretty certain this wasn't just trying to hide anything, as the the car had impeccable maintanence records since day one, including stuff like valve covers and such. It was by far the best looking Q I have come across, even the ash trays were intact. Had 2500 bucks worth of year old chrome 17s and good quality tires too. The piepans were in ok shape, plenty good enough to use as a daily driver or better yet snow tires. Stupid thing ruined me for all the other cars that I have looked at, as none came close to the condition that one was in.

If you want, I can try to get ahold of them again, they pulled it from the paper, but I believe they still have it.

Wes, I take it that the one down in Cincy didn't meet your standards, eh?

Eh, after looking at his "site" bestq45.com, I'd say don't bother, he says they're factory chrome rims, uh I don't think so. Also, he says "Less than normal wear for age/mileage" not that sounds like less than normal mileage, but it says it has less than normal wear for the mileage. In my mind there's a big difference.

Not that impressive.

Wow, nice car. Only 47,000 miles that seems a bit strange to me. Close to Indy as well. Too bad the current bid is over 6k.

Call the dealer or Joe or Tom and have them fax you the service records. Also check Carfax for possible rollback of odometer. If car is misrepresented there is no legal obligation to complete the transaction IMO. Course it could get bid up at the last minute and looks like it needs another $1000 or so for paint and dent repair but nothings perfect.
