i am sorry about that i truly am....i know that when i sent JWT my cores they told me they couldnt regrind them so they sent me billet cams instead...guess i got lucky...sorry to hear about all that bro...coolyun_98 wrote: Recently, I bought a set of S1 cam for my Infiniti J30 from JWT and guess what. JWT REFUSED TO REFUND MY CORE because there were excessive wear on it.
So, I spent 120 to purchase another set of core and return that to JWT. GUESS WHAT, JWT REFUSE TO REFUND AGAIN because THEY SAY the cores are from a different year of VG30DE. WTF! J
WT DOES NOT EVEN TRY TO RETURN THE CORE THAT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND! RIP OFF!
I mean, what the fudge it that? I understand that the first set of cores are defective and JWT has every right to reject it. But the second set of core is in good condition and JWT has not reason to reject it!
SO~NEXT TIME, IF YOU THINK ABOUT GETTING SOMETHING FROM JWT, BE SURE ABOUT THE CORE RETURN POLICY BECAUSE "JWT HAS EVERY REASON TO SCREW YOU UP
if they wont give you a valid reason as to why they will not refund you then by all means make a report with the BBB and also make JWT aware of it after it is filed along with the reference number...if im not mistaken once a complaint is filed the company has X number of days to rectify the situation before it is permanently on record...either way whatever you decide to do good luckcoolyun_98 wrote:I think JWT will never refund my core which is worth 500 dollars!
Plus, I don't think they will return the core that I PAID for (120 including shipping).
I am going to file a complain to BBB. I used to have so much faith in JWT and I really don't know why this is happening to me.
Anyways, I am not using this forum to spread bad words about JWT. It is just that I think we all deserve to know how JWT treats his loyal customers. So, BUYERS BE AWARE!
Thakns for your support! At least that makes me feel better.

I disagree with this statement. A core is meant to be the starting point for the end product. The reason they charge you a core is so that they can use THAT core and make it back into a usable product. If the core you send back can't fulfill that purpose, then it is useless and they will have to find another way to make the end product.ztommyx wrote:core are that... core! you buy good one and return the bad one...
Yes I agree. But look, I send them ANOTHER SET OF GOOD CORE and they say "the core came from a different year of Vg30De, we can't issue any refund".gr8scott72 wrote:

Yes, I didn't get to write the second half of what I thought. I think they went a little far not refunding core because it was from a different year and not sending them back to you if they weren't going to refund. I'm sorry you're going thru this and I hope you get it resolved.coolyun_98 wrote:

I mean. Come on, they can still regrind the good set of core and sell that to someone else. Don't you think their decison is biased?
The question I have being asking myself is: "WHAT IS JWT THINKING?" Customer service is more about saying "YES and NO".
