On a more serious note things are looking good...that mani and downpipe are so nice and clean. I'd love to get it but if i make all my stuff like that i can justify spending the money i save on a AEM EMS...from Ivan at half price of course, lol...

What are your hp goals? I'm very curious as to how much the 50 trim will put out. I was set on that turbo for awhile but have since changed my goals to more power and i don't think it'll break 500hp...

Right now I'm planning on running .8 bar for a year or so. I'll need to upgrade my bov and then I'll set my goals to around 400 hp and with the manifold, cams , ect I'm hoping I'll be able to hit this with right under 20 psi. I think I could make more but I just don't want to start breaking stuff. I think that'll be plenty for a street daily driver

Wow very nice looking man, reminds me of my own setup except you have a much nicer mani and dump there. I would definetly think about putting a flex section on that downpipe though... lots of things there that could wear and break from exhaust movement. Sweet though man, sweet!

Right now I have the obx exhaust on order from boostevolution but I think i'm going to have to cancel my order from the retards. If that happens i might just get the boostdesign's exhaust since I'm having so much luck with them right now. Did you suggest putting a flex section in the exhaust or in the dump tube (suggested on another forum)?*EDIT* Also they'll provide a 1 year warranty if anything cracks or breaks.

well I just said the downpipe so you wouldnt have to cut anything from the mani. I donno the warranty sounds really nice, it just makes sense to put a flex section at least SOMEWHERE on that system to keep it independent...

Oh man, all that work put into the engine and only .8 bar?!!? You have to do at least like 15 or 16 psi..what are you using for engine management?

lol i know i know...I have the jwt ecu and plan on eventually getting an adjustable fuel pressure regulator or piggy back to play with the a/f ratios. I'm gunna be easy on her for a good 1,500 miles considering it's a brand new engine and clutch. Maybe I'll get addicted and satisfy your request

Dam nuts on the motor mounts was a PITA!! I was able to jack up the transmission to remove the oil pan I am so ready for BOOST!!

wait til you get around 10psi and start losing traction flooring it. then 15psi whne you loose traction with half throttle. 20psi is basically impossible to hit on the street. by the time you're spoole dup that high your car is already sideways. if you drive around on drag radials you might be ok

looks like a killer setup. keep it up

Looks like you're gonna have a lot of fun! Looks like you really have a good setup there. I'm planning something similar but minus the engine buildup and bigger injectors. The turbo KA thing really seems to be getting popular, which is good. As swaps get more popular, motors get more expensive. As turbo kits get more popular, more companies produce products and they get cheaper. We win

How long did it take you to receive the entire kit and for those familiar with the Nsport how would this compare as far as HP, quality, etc.? I will state the reason I ask in a bit. . .

I did not order the whole kit. The parts I did order came straight from the factory from production which was usually about a week since I ordered it. Just like the site states it may take 2-3 weeks to manufacture since a kit has a lot more components. Compared with the nsport kit:1.) Similar HP2.) Similar quality3.) boostdesigns= full race mani4.) boostdesigns= $1500 extra in your pocketFrom what I heard the wait for nsport's kit was quite a while (in the months)

Interesting picture. Your turbo intake is facing the shock tower. My turbo mounted the same way and will not work either!
