BCM problem?

Having a number of "odd" issues crop up on my GF's 2008 rogue, wondering if they could all be related to a BCM that's on the way out?
  • On both key fobs, the panic button does nothing despite changing both batteries (other buttons function normally)
  • The TPMS light will indicate comm failure intermittently - blinks for 90s, stays on for ~5min, turns off
  • Sporadically, the IntelliKey sensor fails to detect the key fob.
  • Sporadically, the car... for lack of a better term, goes nuts. Doors start unlocking and locking, horn sounds, lights flash. Then the "lights left on" chime beeps, and it goes back to normal
  • The rear passenger door will not lock/unlock with the other doors through the power lock function, either on the armrest or keyfob. It can be worked manually.
Are these even related? If so, am I looking at a trip to the stealership for a BCM change?

PS - I had a 2003 XTerra for a long time, well over 100k, and liked it quite well. This Rogue is a giant POS in comparison - it has more road noise than a symphony, parts all fit poorly, everything is cheap feeling, underpowered... just not a big fan. Is it a Rogue issue in general or is this one just either clapped out or a lemon?

I had most of these problems except I don't have intelli key. You have an electrical short somewhere. You can also check the battery connectors because this is the problem dealership found in my car.
