BCM, ECU codes and the next step

I took my 2006 M45 into the auto electric diagnostic shop this week and I am surprised by the results. The tech received 13 codes which I have and can provide if needed. I am wondering if I should have them cleared to see if that will clear up the issue with the windows.

I replaced the NAV and added an MP3 jack and ipod connector so I am wondering if adding these items could have caused an BCM ECU issue.

Anyone have any expeirence with the BCM and ECU on this vehicle?

you need to post the code otherwise no one would know what they are and how bad they are to your car. also, you can always clear the codes and if they come back then you know you have a problem. sometimes car would throw a code intermittently and it's ok. anyway, post the codes!
