BCM......Coding???

my tire pressure light has been a problem since day 1...its been reset a bunch of times...finally the dealer optioned to replace the bcm..i had 37,500 or so miles when i brought in the V. the service advisor wrote up the repair order as 35,750 so it will be under warranty....any ways it was order and i brought my car back 2 weeks later, with even more mileage!so now after they replaced it i was charged $50.00 because the closed out the original repair order...idiots. my extended warranty covered it. but now my remote start, second set of keys, rear wiper and original keyless entry is inop!!! I Think the tech didnt code the new bcm!! anyone know if its ordered to the vin with veh. options or just coded to veh. by the mechanic at nissan???I'm taking it back tom. morning...i talked to the tech n it seemed i knew more about the car then he did...i pissed of big time...i argued the $50 deductable, i have the original repair order with mileage showing still under warranty...what should i do n where do i complain....the service writer is also the service manager, he admided to "rolling back" the mileage as a favor so it would be under warranty!!sorry for writing a book but im a lil pissed.
