BC coilovers dampening

hey guys, im just doing a poll for the dampening on the BC coilovers.
just want to know what is everyones set on

im at 20F/16R

Right now? 3F/R. Super soft. Is better.

Next summer, if I actually get out to a track again or to a damned autocross event, I'll probably bump it up much higher. I used to have it 25F/R, but driving through Manhattan convinced me that this was no bueno.

really?? i noticed when i did like low settings it wasnt comfortable either, cause the bounce strokes are longer therefore i felt like an uncomfortable hard bounce

either way, i feel every bump on the street, its either a hard bounce or a short bump -_________-
