BC Cams installed on 95 KA, now no compression?

This is thinking outside the box but maybe for some wrinkle in space bc made the cams wong and the pins for the timing sprockets are in the wrong location, im really puzzled and have no idea what can be causing that from all the info given. Seems like we have listed every possibility.

Well still no progress to report on this, with work and school starting back up I've had no time to work on it. Have managed in the last couple of days to get the brakes halfway sorted out though, still have some more work to do on that front, but hopefully it'll be ready to tow to the shop in a day or two. I'll let them throw a leakdown tester on it and see what comes up. Will report back.
