Has anyone ever installed brian crower 264s in their s14 sr20det? Did you have to use adjustable cam gears or something? I bought a set and it came with a card with some stuff i cant understand on it. Can someone break it down for me? Id really appreciate it. Thanks in advance guys

The cam card is so that you can degree in the cams to where they will make the best power. You probably should be getting a set of adjustable gears and a degree wheel to dial everything in. If you want to post a pic of the card up I can break it down for you and tell you what everything means.

So those numbers are where the cam is supposed to reach 0.050" of lift. So to dial them in the right way you are going to need a degree wheel and a dial indicator with a stand. The intake (I think can't read it to well) should get to .050" at 4* after top dead center and fall off to .050" at 40*? after bottom dead center. The exhaust cam should do the same at 46*? before bottom dead center and I can't read the closing point.

The way I have done this in the past is to turn the engine to where the cam is supposed to do that, loosen the cam gear and turn it till you have the right height reading snug it back up and then turn it over a few times to double check.

I was doing some reading on those cams and it seems that the exhaust is typically fine and the intake is retarded between 11* and 16*. So dialing in these cams will make a huge difference in HP.

learn how to use a camera. Use the macro function on your camera and focus the image.
