I think using someone else's tires is like wearing someone else's underwear after they have been worn by that someone else. Maybe not so bad if they haven't been on long, but better avoided due to personal wear characteristics.

I heard of a chroming process called spray chrome, they triple spray it and it is OEM quality, lifetime transferrable warranty.. Do some googling, i dont have the link handy.....

No wheel finish carries a lifetime warranty......

Any plated wheel will oxidize and leak air around the bead seat(that means corrosion underneath the precious chrome = junk)

Any polished wheel has no "finish" warranty after you buy it. They're warranted by the retailer if they come damaged out of the box, but that's it. No warranty to the consumer on wheels with a polished surface finish.

Any painted wheel can(will) sustain rock chips, or other debris damage. Exposing bare metal that will oxidize and corrode.

If you buy any wheel anywhere, you'll be lucky to get more than the run-of-the-mill 1 yr structural warranty. The manufacturer of some wheels often pitch a "lifetime structural" warranty, but that's usually it.
