Alright, my friend has a 98 Talon( so I'm assuming he has +40 offsets) he's willing to part with his 17'' BBS RG-Rs with Kumho summer performance rims for 1,500.
1) Will his offsets work alright?2) Is it worth 1,500?

They'll most likely fit, but I wouldn't go with anything smaller than 18's... 19's preferably. Do it right the first time!
