BB Gun

The other day I was riding in the passenger side of my V, which doesn't happen very often and when I got out I happened to notice a discolored spot right above the plastic over the window. Open looking closer I discovered that the discoloration was rust and that there was a small dent in the center. Apparently someone shot my car with a BB gun. I was supposed to be taking it into the dealer before I leave town next week to get an oil change and my 6 month clear coat. Insurance is supposed to be looking at the damage today and I'm going to take a picture of it before they fix it and post it here. I just can't believe that someone would do that to my little Versa...

That sucks, but it coulda been worse. Just be glad it was only a BB gun!

I rather would have had that happen... it would have been easier to fix...

We were on our way to East Texas a few years back when someone shot at us with a pellet gun. Actually heard it hit the passenger side of the car. A farm was pretty close by but didn't see anybody.

The pellet left a perfect indentation of its nose, but never broke the paint. It probably would have broken the window if it had been 18 inches higher. Left it alone to remind me some people would just as soon shot you as look at you.

The spot never rusted, even after 13 years.
