Battery/Wiring problems

Ok well heres the problem : there might be a loose wire or something because sometimes when i turn the car off the red LEDs in the gauge cluster stays lit and i dont know why and sometimes it turns off

my best solution was to make a battery kill switch...anyways of doing this? ive researched and only found fuel pump switches and other misc. switches....

or if someone knows what wire may cause it...please tell me

my batteries are getting drained
