2011 M37x

Swapped out my battery for a new one and had to do the usual memory seat reset, windows, etc.

Memory seats still program and move between the two settings normally but the seat and wheel retraction on exit is no longer working. It also did not slide me to the memory setting upon startup.

Factory reset setting and confirmed both options are switched on.

You may be able to find some information in the FAQ (see my signature) about the schematic involved in this to see if you can glean anything from it.

If you have a navi it's possible some or all of the seat functions are linked to it. That can create a situation where the position buttons work but the key-linked functions don't. Check the options in the navi and see if anything applies, and if there are key profiles make sure each key has an active one.
