So I'm in the market for a new battery, and as we all know there are tons of different battery brands, so choosing one can be a little confusing. I definitely understand that each application can be different, so here's some info: I have a 100% stock 1991 n/a 300zx 2+0 with a small after market radio, and its my daily driver.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
-Alex-

Pretty much any full size battery will do, just look for the one with the longest warranty.

Just stay away from any Optima battery the ones these days are hit or miss and even at that they still are not as good as they used to be

Thanks guys. I was thinking about going with a Duralast Gold battery they have at Autozone. Can't complain about the 8-year warranty/3-year free replacement. :)

I had one of those in a tacoma with a 3000w sub amp and a 4 channel high's and mid amp. It worked very well drained it a few times and it always held a good charge once charged up again.

Duralast Gold has a good reputation. So does Interstate.

There are plenty of choices, I'd just go with the best name and the best price available.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was also recommended an Interstate battery, but they are a little more expensive than the Duralast Gold batteries. I've heard good things about the D-Gold, so that's why I'll most likely go with that. I was also thinking about maybe getting a Braille battery, but I don't know how good it would be for a DD. Anyone have one that daily drives their car?
